  20. Karl just simply forgot to increment the version number in the
  21. Makefile, I believe.  If you read kpathsea/NEWS, the version that
  22. briefly appeared with dviljk-2.0, dvipsk-5.55b, and xdvik-18a before
  23. being withdrawn was

  43. I suggested getting xdvik-18b instead of dvipsk-5.58a because we were
  44. going to throw away everything except kpathsea and xdvik-18b was half
  45. dvipsk-5.58a's size.
